Can I use a gift card toward my purchase?

Yes! If you'd like to use a gift card, or redeem Allē® or Aspire® Rewards toward an eligible purchase, please call our office and we'll be happy to process your order for you.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes! We offer financing through PatientFi and CareCredit. Because financing requires an in-office transaction, please call us to arrange your purchase at our Mountain View or Morgan Hill location.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

To keep our Patient Appreciation Week pricing as low as possible, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If you're deciding between treatments, unsure how many packages to purchase, or planning your treatments for the year, please contact our office before completing your order. We're happy to help you create a personalized treatment plan so you can make the most of your savings.

Can I schedule my treatment after Patient Appreciation Week?

Yes! Most packages may be redeemed anytime within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I use Allē® or Aspire® Rewards?

Yes! Eligible Allergan products earn Allē Rewards, and eligible Galderma products earn Aspire Rewards. If you'd like to redeem rewards or use a gift card toward your purchase, please call our office to complete your order.

Can I purchase multiple packages?

Absolutely! Many patients purchase multiple packages to maintain their results throughout the year.

Can I add additional units at my appointment?

Yes! If you need additional units beyond your purchased package, they can be added during your appointment at the same Patient Appreciation Week pricing.
