During your consultation, your provider will discuss your concerns, review relevant medical history and current medications, evaluate your hormone health, and determine whether hormone optimization or another treatment approach may be appropriate for you.

Your consultation includes:

• Discussion of your individual wellness goals
• Review of current medications and supplements
• Assessment of factors that may be affecting hormone health
• Complimentary laboratory testing
• Personalized recommendations for next steps

A hormone evaluation may be appropriate for adults experiencing changes such as:

• Low energy or persistent fatigue
• Changes in mood or mental clarity
• Difficulty sleeping
• Changes in libido or sexual wellness
• Changes in body composition
• Reduced strength or difficulty maintaining muscle
• Changes associated with perimenopause or menopause

Laboratory testing is complimentary when completed as part of your Hormone Optimization Consultation.

Your provider will determine the appropriate labs based on your symptoms, medical history, current medications, and treatment goals. Your results provide additional information to help your provider evaluate your hormone health and develop personalized recommendations.

Once your consultation and laboratory results are complete, your provider will review the findings with you and discuss your treatment plan.

Depending on your individual needs, recommendations may include hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, supplementation, additional evaluation, or other treatment options.

Hormone medications, supplements, and ongoing treatment are not included in the consultation price.

Once your consultation and labs are complete, your provider will review your results and discuss whether hormone optimization is appropriate for you.

If treatment is recommended, you'll receive a personalized plan based on your symptoms, laboratory findings, health history, and goals. Your provider will also discuss treatment options, ongoing monitoring, follow-up, and associated costs before you begin.

Hormone optimization is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Recommendations, dosing, follow-up, and laboratory monitoring are individualized and may be adjusted over time based on your response and clinical needs.
