Facial Balancing & HA Fillers

Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, enhance facial contours, soften certain lines and folds, and create more balanced facial proportions.

Every treatment is customized to your individual anatomy and goals. Depending on your treatment plan, HA filler may be used to enhance or restore areas such as:

• Lips
• Cheeks
• Chin
• Jawline
• Nasolabial folds
• Marionette lines
• Other areas where volume or structural support may be appropriate
  

Your provider will determine the appropriate filler, amount, and placement based on your anatomy and desired result.

Treatment Time: Approximately 30–60 minutes
Downtime: Minimal. Temporary swelling, bruising, redness, or tenderness may occur.
Results: Typically visible immediately, with the final result becoming more apparent as swelling resolves.

Facial balancing is a comprehensive approach to injectable treatment that considers how different areas of the face relate to one another rather than focusing on a single feature in isolation.

Your provider evaluates your facial structure, proportions, profile, and individual goals to determine where subtle enhancements may create greater overall balance.

Treatment may involve areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, or other facial features, depending on your anatomy.

For some patients, treating several areas strategically can create a more natural and harmonious result than concentrating filler in one area.

The number of syringes and areas treated varies from patient to patient. Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan based on your anatomy and goals.

Facial Balancing Packages
Designed for patients interested in a more comprehensive approach. Facial balancing may involve strategically treating multiple areas to improve facial proportion, contour, and overall harmony.

JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® Packages
VOLUMA is a structural HA filler that may be used when lift, contour, or volume restoration is desired. Your provider will determine whether VOLUMA is appropriate for your treatment plan and where it should be placed.

JUVÉDERM® VOLUX® Packages
VOLUX is a highly structured HA filler designed for jawline definition. VOLUX packages are intended for patients looking to enhance the structure, contour, and definition of the jawline.

Financing

Financing is available through PatientFi and CareCredit. Purchases using financing must be completed in person at our Mountain View or Morgan Hill location.

• The specific HA filler used will be selected by your provider. Different fillers are designed for different treatment areas and purposes.
• The number of syringes needed varies by patient. Purchasing a specific number of syringes does not guarantee that all syringes will be appropriate for every treatment area.
• Common temporary side effects may include swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, firmness, or discomfort at the injection sites.
• Dermal filler carries rare but serious risks, including unintended injection into a blood vessel, which can result in tissue damage, vision changes or blindness, or stroke. Your provider will review treatment risks with you prior to treatment.
• Treatment may need to be postponed if you have an active infection, inflammation, rash, or other concern in or near the treatment area.
• Please let your provider know about your medical history, allergies, medications, recent or upcoming dental work, vaccinations, illnesses, or other aesthetic treatments prior to your appointment.
• Patient Appreciation Week purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
